Evokers' Pact v0.6 Patch Note

Only one thing has changed in the document for Evokers' Pact, because I thought I had already placed a play explainer only to realize it was missing. Hopefully that doesn't leave much confusion for those who may not have experienced a game of Belonging Outside Belonging before. 

If you have played or read such a game before, constructive criticism about how to introduce others to those frameworks is much appreciated in the comments of this devlog, if you're willing! This is all a learning experience!
